This is a common tip that I'm going to share with everyone, but there are still people who don't know or don't think it pertains to them. This hair tip is for all hair types !
I know how good it feels to wash your hair. Especially depending on the environment you might be in from day to day. It tops off the feeling of being clean. It's a great feeling.
With that being said, it isn't good to wash your hair everyday. I know that's pain for some people, but trust me, refraining from washing your hair everyday will be helpful, not harmful. No, I'm not telling you to go months without putting shampoo in your hair.
Some wash their hair every time they shower, which could be two, three times a day. Those who wear their hair curly, usually wash their hair everyday. Shampoo can be harmful to your hair. Too much shampoo can be too harsh. It strips the natural oils from your hair which help in keeping your hair shiny, healthy, and growing.
Try replacing shampoo one day, with just conditioner. Conditioner is the most important part.
You can also just shampoo and condition your hair every other day.
Depending on your hair type and how long you can go w. out washing your hair before it starts looking crazy haha. But everyone can at least skip a day of washing their hair or at least replacing some of those shampoo's with only conditioner.
Following this will help your hair. You'll see over time that it will start look healthier, with more shine & less dry than it was when washing it with shampoo everyday. You can also invest in dry shampoo.

I've tried skipping, but I haven't heard about doing the conditioner. I shall have to try that out. Thanks for the advice!
